Powering Possibility

We’re working toward a future of clean American energy by bridging tradition and technology, transforming local harvests into renewable fuels and co-products that drive economic growth, empower communities, and advance sustainable energy independence.

Built In The Midwest. Built For What's Next.

Founded in 2013, Pratt Energy began operations at a facility originally built by Lurgi. After some initial setbacks, Pratt Energy’s ownership changed hands, turning us into the trusted community partner we are today. From the beginning, our goal has been to merge Kansas’s rich agricultural legacy with the future of clean energy. We believe progress doesn’t mean leaving tradition behind—it means evolving with it. Today, we stand as a reliable force in Midwest ethanol production. Combining the strength of tradition with forward-thinking innovation we produce sustainable fuels that serve both people and the planet.
