Now Hiring: Process Engineer
Pratt Energy is searching for a skilled and driven Process Engineer. In this dynamic role, the Process Engineer will directly partner with Department leadership to achieve technical and operational objectives. This role is integral to driving innovation, supporting plant operations, and fostering a high-performance team culture and will report to the Plant Manager.

Pay & Benefits:
-$18/hr+ starting pay with excellent advancement opportunities

-Double pay on holidays
Requirements:
-12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays – 4 on 4 off
rotation
-Work outside in all weather conditions
-Ability to lift, push, pull 70 lbs
-Climb ladders and stairs
-Capable of working in confined spaces and heights
-Experience operating heavy equipment or working in an industrial setting
preferred
-Pre-employment physical and drug screening
